Where do you ship to?
I currently ship to UK, countries in the EU, US, Australia and Canada.
How long does shipping take?
I use royal mail to ship my items, which aim to deliver items to the EU in 3-5 working days, and worldwide in 6-7 working days.
How do I track my order?
I use royal mail tracked delivery which will give you a tracking number to see where your parcel is.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Due to hygiene reasons, I do not allow returns on earrings, but you can return necklaces if you aren't happy.
Returns cost £2.99 for a shipping fee.
What happens if an item arrives damaged?
Hopefully this doesn't happen, but if it does please contact me with images of the damaged packaging and items to work on a resolution.
