Where do you ship to?
I currently ship only to UK, sorry for any inconvenience.
How long does shipping take?
I use royal mail 2nd class as standard to ship my items, which aim to deliver items within 3-5 working days.
If you'd like your item quicker, I have upgraded shipping available at the checkout.
How do I track my order?
I use royal mail tracked delivery which will give you a tracking number to see where your parcel is.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Due to hygiene reasons, I do not allow returns on earrings, but you can return necklaces if you aren't happy.
Returns cost £2.99 for a shipping fee.
What happens if an item arrives damaged?
Hopefully this doesn't happen, but if it does please contact me with images of the damaged packaging and items to work on a resolution.
